Our products are digital and delivered instantly by email right after purchase. Because the information is available to you immediately, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds once access has been delivered.
When we will help
If your access link doesn't work, you were charged twice for the same product, or you never received your access email, contact us and we'll fix it or refund the duplicate charge.
Vendor orders
Any orders you place with a vendor are between you and that vendor. We aren't responsible for their products, shipping times or refunds.
